Having lost his mother at the early age of 14, Fabian jumped straight into the business of the Hiring Industry working on weekends, and once completing his final year in year 12 he became a full-time employee, alongside his Father and Sister, to develop and grow the family business.

Admiring his Father’s work, day in and day out, Fabien knew that one day he could make a difference in the fast growing industry.

As his other two brothers joined the business, the company soared not only in stock but in reputation. This once small backyard event company that his father had started had grown so much that a new premises was needed to expand and continue its growth.

Fabien took on more responsibilities as he grew older having hands-on experience in every aspect of the business.

His Father saw potential in all of his children as they each developed skills in different areas within the business that would see it prosper and grow into the reputable business it is today.

Fabien is now the Managing Director of Pillingers Hiring Service and Action Party Hire (which is the roots of the business) alongside a team of two brothers, a sister and his semi-retired father.

They own a large warehouse stocking their equipment; offices for sales, administration and logistics - and are still expanding.

Fabien has a flair for Fetes, Fundraisers and outdoor extravaganzas, creating masterpiece events for Governments, VIPs, Schools, Councils, and Caterers.

The business has a considerable amount of employees which vary from season to season, and a fleet of trucks and utilities.

Pillingers now finds itself in a position it has strived long and hard for; no longer the small company, they are proud to be able to put together great events that anyone in our industry would envy.

Today Fabien is married with two children and lives in the local area.
