Fairbanks Family Dental

Dr. Fairbanks graduated from Tufts School of Dentistry, located in Boston, Massachusetts, in 2011. The following year he completed a dental residency program at Codman Square Community Health Center in Dorchester, Massachusetts, receiving an Advanced Education in General Dentistry certificate. He is licensed in both Utah and North Dakota and has worked as an associate before opening his practice in West Jordan, Utah. Dr. Fairbanks is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Utah Dental Association (UDA) and The Academy of LDS Dentists. Additionally, Dr. Fairbanks holds degrees in music and currently sings in the Mormon Tabernacle Choir.
