Felicity Huston

Felicity Huston is the Commissioner for Public Appointments in Northern Ireland overseeing how the public sector chooses people to sit on boards (2005-2011). For 8 years she was a Commissioner on the House of Lords Appointments Commission helping interview and select new members of the House of Lords. In 2009 she was asked by Mr Speaker Bercow to chair the selection panel to find a Chairman and members for the Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority (IPSA). A former Tax Inspector Felicity is also a director in Huston & Co Tax Consultants, specialising in tax investigations.
