Fenita Caldwell

California resident Fenita Caldwell has a demonstrated her ability to build and retain accounts in the medical equipment and pharmaceutical fields for nearly two decades. Most recently, as the Senior Executive Hospital Portfolio Representative for Astellas Pharma US, Inc., Ms. Caldwell achieved ranking as a Top 10 producer for four consecutive years by applying her industry knowledge in the areas of dermatology, urology, infectious diseases, immunology, and cardiology to build client relationships. While at Astella's Pharma, Fenita Caldwell trained and launched two new sales agents into new territory, experiencing considerable success in a 24-month period. Additionally, she was responsible for a 100% conversion rate in the introduction of the new pharmacological stress agent Lexiscan to accounts previously treating with dyprimadole. From 2004 through 2007, Fenita Caldwell held a position as Area Manager and Imaging Sales Specialist at General Electric Healthcare (GEHC), a division of General Electric, Inc. In this position, Ms. Caldwell designed and implemented strategic business, pricing, sales, and territory plans for GEHC's technical imaging and clinical products. She was also responsible territorial compliance with GEHC's internal policies and all applicable regulations and laws. During the three years before joining GEHC, Ms. Caldwell enjoyed success as the Area Manager and Contrast Media Specialist for Tyco Healthcare in the company’s San Francisco sales territory. Ms. Caldwell presented to cardiovascular professionals, labs, clinics, imaging centers and hospitals, in the process increasing sales by more than 40% in her territory. She was honored with the President's Award each of her three years with the company. Fenita Caldwell holds an A.S. in Radiology Science from Foothill College in Los Altos, California. She went on to earn a B.S. in Health Science from San Jose State University. Ms. Caldwell supports Susan G. Komen for the Cure, The Make-a-Wish Foundation, and the Alzheimer’s Association. She also is active in community service with Habitat for Humanity, as well as Big Brothers Big Sisters and local HIV/AIDs education programs.
