Filipa Moreno
Lisbon, Portugal.
Young journalist based in Lisbon. I'm passionate about music, journalism, Politics, Economics and lifestyle. And that's what I've been writing about.
I currently work at Páginas de história, a content production and political advising company. I also write the arts section for the Portuguese magazine Viagens & Resorts.
Previously, I was the main reporter for the business, management and Economics magazine Executive Digest where I also did some editing work for a couple of years. I also wrote for magazines such as Marketeer (brands, businesses and Marketing) and Human Resources Portugal (HR best practices and trends) during that time.
I started out with a couple of work experiences at two major Portuguese newspapers, in both their print and online editions: Público and Jornal de Notícias. After that, I jumped into the Finance world being a financial communications assistant at a local company that worked with PSI-20 members.
I am an active blogger and social media user. I write about subjects such as Politics, Economics and music and I even createdmy own music blog, Urban Blues. Music is my thing, so I also write for Look Mag.
For a couple of years, I volunteered as an editor and writer for the online magazine Clique, till the end of the project. I have also collaborated with the European Journalism Centre.
I hold a degree in Communications Sciences from Nova University of Lisbon, where I specialised in both Journalism and Strategic Communications.
I am always looking for news challenges. So if you have something for me, please drop me a line!
