As a wellness and fitness professional, he teaches people how to move, while promoting his belief 'if you focus on the fun, the fitness will follow'.
Christopher has over 18 years of combined success in club management, program management, program development, and mentoring, working with organizations such as The Richmond Hill Country Club, York University, The Miles Nadal Jewish Community Centre and The Rosedale Club. Christopher is an International C.O.R.E Health and Fitness Master Trainer (Schwinn, Nautilus, Throwdown, Star Trac, and Stairmaster,) and has been conference presenting and offering continuing education to fitness professionals for over eighteen years. Additional highlights include, being a National Master Training for BOSU, Gravity Training System, (EFI Sports Medicine), as well as being the Education Author and Director of Education for Lebert Fitness 2009-2012. He is certified by The American Council on Exercise, CanFitPro, The American Academy of Health, Fitness and Rehabilitation Professionals as a Medical Exercise Specialist, and The National Certification Program in Technical Boxing (NCCP1). He was the producer and co-choreographer of the mobility video workout called “In the flow” and his signature programs Power Flex, HIIT the Core, Row & Ride and Kwondo, receive rave reviews wherever they are taught. As an education provider he is accredited by The Ontario Fitness Council, canfitpro, ACE and has been invited to present for IDEA, SCW, CPTN, Can Fit Pro, Sheridan College Strength Symposium, the University of Windsor and is a recurring guest presenter at the University of Guelph and Humber College. More recently, Christopher was on the Management team for the Rosedale Club from 2016 to 2022.
