Francesco Pisano
Francesco received a degree in Economics and Finance from Luigi Bocconi University in Milan. He was a visiting scholar in Finance Department at the Leonard Stern School of Business of New York University and he also received a phd in Financial Markets and Institutions from Catholic University in Milan. He joined Gualtieri & Associati in 2003, where he is responsible for coordinating the activities of the Financial Markets business area. Since he is skilled in technical issues related to capital market microstructure and market abuses, he advises primary banks and financial institutions, especially for civil, penal and administrative proceedings related to market abuse. He also assist Institutions and Foundations with resolving issues related to asset management periodic control of performances. He also cooperates with the department of Banking, Finance and Insurance at Catholic University in Milan as a lecturer of the of Economics of Financial Institutions course.
