Frank Is an instructor, investor, entrepreneur, Pastor and friend. He has a warm smile for everyone he meets. He is willing to help when most walk away. He is there to share a smile and a kind word while all the while he has a tear in his own heart. Some would say misguided, as he places the needs of others before those of his own family.
