Success is a goal of any functional organisation and success is inevitably measured by the attainment level of targets set. I believe in achieving goals by harnessing the power of people, with the support of a strong resource base, within corporate guidelines. I feel that one should do one’s best with one’s capabilities at all times.

My name is Frank Rivas and I am the business associate you seek.

I have had the privilege of working in a marketing environment for over 10 years which has provided invaluable knowledge and experience. I am organised, trustworthy, hardworking, and responsible. I also possess excellent communication skills, amazing people skills and a sense of humour. I have worked–and continue to do so–with a diverse group of personalities for varied clients. I have not only been able to acknowledge the importance recognising that all clients are different and ‘one way of key account management does not best serve all clients, but I have been continuously and efficiently satisfying clients’ needs with excellent service and professionalism.

Having worked mainly in the industry of Promotional Advertising for many years, I am sensitised to the requirements involved in executing successful Marketing events. I am well respected for excellent client relations and I’ve also maintained a track record of completing and delivering jobs on time and to great customer satisfaction. I have been referred to by many as having the ability to make someone feel “at ease”. I am hardworking and a great team player. Of importance to note however, is that I am also one of the rare individuals that can easily be comfortable in a work environment that requires a great deal of self management.

My years in the industry have afforded me priceless learning experiences and I now believe that the time has come to turn my accumulated skills and talents towards the career challenge of honing and imparting the knowledge and skills I have gained along the way. I am certain that a mutually beneficial teaming, with the right organisation is an ideal path for the course ahead.
