I am Frank Richard, I live in Washington, D.C and I work offshore as a Production/Chemical Engineer. I am in an Oil rig 400 nautical miles into the Atlantic ocean off the coast of England. I am working with SHELL an oil exploration company in the UK. I am honest, trust worthy and easy going someone, understandable and good listener to everyone around me, faithful, kind, loving, I love anything that keep me smiling and never be a dull moment because life is too short to live and be sad, I am hardworking, I believed in myself and anything that will uplift the standard of my living.
