I am the founder, and now CPO and CLO, of dubdub, with a mission to reshape how businesses and influencers create, share and monetize their video stories on their smartphones. Meet our team!

I am also the founder of blue HF, a private equity boutique law firm located in Montreal (Canada). Prior to blue HF, I practiced law in the areas of financing, intellectual property, securities and mergers and acquisitions at Stikeman Elliott and Osler in Montreal (Canada). Since being admitted to the Québec Bar in 1998, I have counselled many businesses, small, medium and large, in all areas of business law, focusing on technology companies.

I have served with the Fusiliers Mont-Royal as an Army officer and platoon commander between 1992 and 1996.

I spent my teenage years creating fun videos and coding productivity software for a few businesses and hacking computers (no harm done!).

Most importantly, I have two beautiful kids that I cherish !

I spend my time between Toronto, Montréal and Ottawa.
