Beginning January 3, 2020, Frederick Toca will begin serving as Global Payment's Senior Commercial Contract Manager.
Every day, the people of Netspend, ACTIVE Network, Heartland, and TSYS, all under the Global Payments umbrella, improve lives and businesses around the globe through payments.

In his newly created role, Mr. Toca will be wear many hats. Some of Mr. Toca’s responsibilities will include: Risk Assessment and Analysis (meeting with stakeholders to understand their goals & risk associated with vendor or client contracts), Negotiation (leading the Negotiation Team to set terms with vendors in complex and multi-party contracts), Relationship Management (building strong working relationships with marketing, sales, support staff, product development, commercialization, pricing, and vendors plus senior management and key customers), Subject Matter Expertise (serving as the SME for vendor contracts for product lines with the ability to explain said contracts across disciplines as well as being responsible for the implementation of best practices), Client Agreement Owner (responsible for all aspects of agreements ranging from service level agreements to master agreements), Contract Lifecycle Management (responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating and tracking a broad range of contracts, and Bid / Proposal Management (responsible for tracking the lifecycle of all product and service bids and proposals).

Mr. Toca comes to Global Payments from the municipal theater having served the City of Atlanta Government in various positions, including holding the positions of:

Contract Manager for the City’s $250 Million Dollar Renew Atlanta Infrastructure Bond Program, Sr. Contract Administrator for the City’s Department of Public Works, Sr. Policy Adviser for the City’s Parking Bureau (leading the team that negotiated the City’s current $15 Million Dollar a year on street parking contract), and the Department of Public Work’s Director of Contract Management (charged with leading a team that oversaw all aspects of contract procurement and contract management for the Department).

A graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana and the University of Michigan’s Law School, Mr. Toca comes to Global Payments with a wealth of knowledge and experience.
