Wanting to lose weight and live a healthy lifestyle I tried every diet imaginable. I must of read and learned everything there is to know about what can help me lose weight and be successful. Like so many others, I thought by starving myself I would lose weight fast. I mean face it, we are all looking for that easy fix.

One day, I was searching on line for a website where I could chat with others and get some positive reinforcement with my journey. Well, I happen to find all of that on Beachbody.com website. I read all the information they had on their site related to the products and health/fitness tips. I had already purchased the P90x which basically sat on my tv not opened. However, after reading all the success stories I wanted to give the workots one more chance. So. I began workingout within 30 days I noticed the difference.

I then read on a friends page about the Shakeology drink. She was saying how great it tasted, and how it's helped her with giving her more energy. I also heard people say how its helped them lose weight. However, when I read how much it was my first thought was too expensive. I then read how if I became a Coach I could get 25% off my products. Well, too me it was a no brainer. I had successfuly lost over 135 lbs, and I wanted to enhance my weight loss and body so I became a coach.

My passion is helping others another reason why I became a coach. Well, I am now drinking Shakeology and the taste is amazing.
