G.I.R.L.S. Workshops

Colorado, United States

G.I.R.L.S. (Girls Inspiring Real Leadership Skills) Workshops provide an opportunity for audiences to hear from nationally recognized anti-bullying advocate, Ashley Berry and other Chapter Leaders. Attendees hear about Ashley's 2 year journey as a victim of bullying and online impersonation and how she turned those experiences around to help others and now empowers young people nationwide to be comfortable and proud with who they are.

Workshops are perfect for small groups and are catered to elementary girls by utilizing older attendees (middle and high school girls) who are enlisted to act as mentors and facilitate small group discussions regarding bullying, online safety and helping younger girls discuss what makes them special and how to recognize healthy and unhealthy friendships.

Advanced workshops are designed for middle and high school attendees to go in depth and open up about peer pressure, trying to fit in and the day to day struggles girls face in middle and high school.

Additionally, Ashley is also available for a personal keynote that is perfect for larger group events and a mixed audience of boys/girls/adults.
