I have been in the mortgage finance industry since 1972. Married since 1974 with two daughters. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and live in Oceanside, NY (Long Island). I have two sayings that live by: "Every day above ground is a good one". and the other one is "Give a person a fish they have a meal for today, teach them how to fish and they a meal forever."
