I am an Environmental Planner, Real Estate Appraiser and Broker in profession. Also, I am a faculty of Real Estate Management in University of San Carlos; and one of the Appraisal Commissioner appointed by a regional trial court in Cebu. Formerly I served as Managing Partner of Intech Property Appraisal, Inc., a Manila-based appraisal company.
I enjoyed my profession. In servicing my clients, i can be a researcher, writer and photographer. With assignments in different places, I can also travel different parts of our country and seeing different people, local foods housing designs and cultures.
