Garret Albritton

Garret Albritton is a Florida native, born and raised in a small fishing village amid a culture of creativity, art and imagination. This lead him to explore and discover many different worlds in his formative years, and allowed him to develop his wide field of interests. With a passion for story telling, science, history, entertainment and art, Garret felt lost for most of his early education.

It wasn't until finding Full Sail University that he truly felt at home with a chosen path. Upon graduation from the Computer Animation Associate's Degree, he worked for Walt Disney Feature Animation.

While with Disney, Garret gained a new, in depth understanding of the production process and unknowingly started on a path which would lead him back home. After leaving Disney, freelance work filled his days ranging from writing jobs to show production gigs. In 2006 he heard the calling of Full Sail once again, but this time not as a student.

Over the last eight years he has worked for Full Sail University and is currently the Operations Manager for Staff & Cultural Development.

On April 3rd, 2015 Garret graduated from the Full Sail University Business Intelligence Master of Science degree program. His capstone project focused on the development of a data driven solution for the Orange County Sheriff's office to use data in a predictive manner which would allow them to better fight crime both after and before it happens.

When not at work, Garret can often be found pursuing his other life long passion - gaming. As a student of game theory, Garret loves all types of games, especially those which weave a complex, interactive story around the player.

Garret currently resides in Orlando, Florida.
