Galeos Cafe

On behalf of Galeos Cafe, Chefs Andrei Leontieff and Gordana Samardzic are proud to introduce the newest addition to their line of gourmet dressings, marinades, and dips: Galeos Miso Southwest. This dressing is made from the same wholesome, all-natural ingredients all Galeos miso products contain, and features an added kick to spice up your favorite salad, grilled meat, or appetizer. Galeos Miso Southwest dressing joins an award-winning line of products from the Café, including Miso Sesame Seeds dressing, Miso Ginger & Wasabi, and the classic Miso Caesar.

Chefs Leontieff and Samardzic prepare each Galeos miso dressing with only the finest, most fresh ingredients, and by doing so, create healthful products with robust, creamy tastes. By using the fermented soybean paste known as miso, Galeos chefs enhance their products’ tastes naturally, without the use of added colors, preservatives, or MSG. All Galeos dressings are gluten free, and a good choice for any diet as they are low in salt, sugar, fat, and carbohydrates.

Galeos Café debuted its dressings, marinades, and dips in its Newport Beach, California, location in 1997 and quickly achieved a customer following, and subsequently, widespread notoriety in the gourmet food world. In 2001 and 2002, Galeos miso dressings earned recognition as Best National Salad Dressing from Food Distribution Magazine, and have since been featured by Gourmet Foods and hit TV show The Biggest Loser. As demand from customers grew, Galeos Café began bottling its miso dressings, making them available for enjoyment at home from the Café, from its website, and from fine supermarkets such as Whole Foods Market, Bristol Farms, and Albertson’s. As of January 2012, Galeos miso dressings are available in single-serving, two tablespoon individual pouches.
