Frog is a web based development platform, enabling non-technical people to build sophisticated systems ranging from social networks and collaboration systems, to e-learning and any number of web 2.0 systems. Frog has more than 500,000 active users, predominantly in schools, with nearly 600 secondary schools in England, and many other schools across more than 10 countries.

Gareth started Frog in 1999. With the help of an exceptional team of people Frog is now the market leading learning platform technology in the UK and provides employment for 90 staff, and the business is still growing rapidly.

Amongst the many highs, there have been many difficulties and challenges. Gareth is interested in taking what he has learned over the past 10 years and helping other businesses that may be on a similar journey and where his practical experience is relevant.

Gareth is also happy to visit business students in colleges and universities for Q&A sessions and to give them an insight into running their own businesses.
