Gary Miller Jr

As principal of Northridge Middle School in Springfield, Oklahoma, Gary A. Miller, Jr. has overseen all staff and student operations since 2014. His accomplishments during his tenure at Northridge include presenting at the 2017 Southwest Ohio Best Practice Showcase and earning two consecutive Momentum Awards from the State Board of Education. Before assuming this position, Gary A. Miller worked in Ohio for nearly two decades. As an administrator in Marion, Ohio, he spent two years as an assistant principal at Grant Middle School and two years as athletic director at Harding High School.

Mr. Miller embarked on his career in education as a classroom science teacher with a number of high schools. He also coached football with several different secondary institutions.

Outside of the professional arena, Mr. Miller enjoys supporting his children in their various extracurricular activities and spending time with his family in general. He is also an avid fisherman who also serves as a community athletic coach and charitable volunteer.
