Gebhard Augendopler

My career path started in the food industry, gaining leading experience in a private owned company for bakery business. The next steps I did abroad in different countries where I worked for Nestle in the areas of sales and marketing. 3 years in the head office of Nestle in Switzerland, where I was part of a “reengineering-team”, were the base for my assignment as member of the board of Nestle Austria being responsible for human resources, communication and legal affairs. During this time I was also secretary general for the advisory board of Nestle Austria. Finally in 2011 I started my own businesses as an entrepreneur. A retail shop “decoo lifestyle” for gift articles and accessoires www.decoo.at, a media group in Switzerland to publicize a lifestyle magazine “Adam-the magazine” http://www.cosmopolite.ch, a storage business that was specialized on vintage cars www.depot4me.com and most interesting a green tech company that invented, engeneered and patented a technology to grow micro algae in an industrial scale www.ecoduna.com. After 15 interesting years of challenges and success I moved forward an sold the different businesses again to enable professional space for my real estate business. Since 2025 I connect sellers and buyers of houses and apartments and manage my own apartments with short- and longterm rentals. Love what you do and do what you love!

Another pillar of my professional life is mediation with a specialisation on generation conflicts in family owned companies. With an open mind I follow my three principles of life: • La vita e bella! • Respect the person – not the position! • Better being a little sir than a big menial!
