Gemma has a strong passion for communications and the culinary arts. Her interests range from nutrition to food policy to the history of food and it’s current presence in today’s culture. She believes that food is the universal topic that simultaneously unites us with both our ancestors and with all cultures around the world.

Gemma is a graduate of Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts and New School of Cooking in Los Angeles, California. Hobbies include food photography, consuming any and all food media, and various kitchen adventures. She currently resides in Santa Monica, CA.
