I'm a proud Yorkshire man who childhood roots lay in a very happy children's home in Pontefract & a mixed experience in Grimethorpe. After a reasonably successful academic career my main vocation was cost accounting. However after the recession kicked in 2008 I reskilled & now volunteering & working with people with dementia at Age Concern Salford. My main hobby is following Manchester United.
