My free time is devoted as the President and Board Member of the Professional Women's Association of Rome, a non-profit association that promotes the leadership & career development of professionals specially women through education, mentorship, scholarships, networking, and alliances. Since 2012 I serve as a Board Member and since 2020 I am elected as President, leading a group of amazing women leaders. Since 2021 I am specially appointed as the Country Manager Italy of G100 Education and Employment (WEF) think tank as a diversity, equity, inclusion, education and advocate employment.
