Thanks for visiting a page about me. I am Gijs and I believe that following innovative brands and people who disrupt markets, help us to be innovative and disruptive ourselves. In that way shaping new economies, business models and maybe even societies.

That's why we founded The Next Marketing, on which we report about disruptions and where we portray brands and entrepreneurs.

Besides that I am a employed communications advisor, focussing on content marketing and creative writing. I am a creative mind and somewhat of a geek who's passionate about online media and everything mobile. I'm into people their stories, for everyone has an inspiring story to tell. From which I try to learn every day.

Thanks to blogging and some experience working and talking with beautiful brands, my network became a mixture of amazing creative, caring, thought leading and tech-oriented minds.

I live very near the beach of The Hague (Scheveningen) and run my own agency to help brands communicate better, with more stories worth spreading and visual communication.
