My 3 year old grand daughter got LOTS of RED lipstick on my light-colored beige carpet. I tried everything to remove the stains. I tied carpet cleaners, dish detergent, steam cleaning, and every cleanser suggested. I called Lehigh Rug Services and spoke with Tod Burres, the owner. He said they have a red stain remover that works 50% of the time. At this point, I was desperate!! I had called about 9 other professional carpet cleaning services which told me the Dye in the carpet was probably permanent!! Tod scheduled a crew to clean my carpet the same day. The carpet looks BETTER THAN NEW!! The stain is completely gone. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business. Tod Burres is professional, extremely nice, and his crew is EXCELLENT!!
