Professionally I am a creative and "customer focused kind of guy" that actually hates the phrases like "customer focused" as often used by business. Jargon is everywhere and it's not good! Speak plainly and be understood clearly. It's as simple as that. The world would be a much better place if companies, governments and institutions did not approach people from behind a wall of meaningless noise.

People just want to live and to smile and to be treated as they treat others... Companies, as soon as you start doing that, you will go far.
