I studied Psychology at Royal Holloway, University of London, which gave me a good scientific understanding of how the mind works, as well as practical ways to help people in distress.

I am subsequently qualified as a hypnotherapist because I deeply believe that hypnotherapy is effective. I am passionate about helping people to restore balance in their lives.
