I've spent the last 15 years working in Development and UX and have ran projects across desktop, web and mobile platforms for corporate clients, start ups and design/development agencies. Now, my core skills are in team leadership where I work to develop team cohesion and facilitate the delivery of great work. My approach is simple: 1. Focus on outcomes. I enable project delivery teams to focus on successful outcomes by understanding what's happening now, what needs to happen and how to bridge the gap. 2. Empower team members to get the job done. I remove roadblocks and provide the tool necessary to complete great work. 3. Focus on meaningful project deliverables. I help to create clarity, by communicating to stakeholders and the project delivery teams what needs to be done to achieve the project outcome.
