Greg Axelson

It's a great day to be a Marauder. As a Marcus High School graduate, I am proud to serve our school and community.

This is my second year at Marcus 9 and the second year our school has existed! I am entering my fourth year as a campus administrator and I am as excited as ever about the new school year.

Prior to coming to Lewisville ISD, I was an assistant principal in Cedar Hill ISD for two years. Before that, I taught World Geography in DeSoto ISD. In DeSoto, I was also the head boys soccer coach.

I have a bachelor's degree in history from Texas A&M University and a master's degree from the University of North Texas. My graduate certification in education is also from UNT where I am working on a doctorate of education degree.

At home, my life is blessed with a beautiful wife and three incredible kids. Life is crazy sometimes but I wouldn't have it any other way.
