Greg Paupst Sr., a recognized executive leader who has driven substantial corporate improvements, turnarounds, increases in quality, and business management enhancements, offers a comprehensive, groundbreaking leadership record of multimillion-dollar revenue growth, streamlined production, profitable sales strategies, and executive/team performance gains as an agent for change and business systems improvements. Greg negotiated technology exchange and licensing agreements with automotive suppliers in Japan and Korea. He project led the design and construction of a manufacturing facility in Puebla, Mexico and an advanced acoustics technology center In Detroit thereby establishing Perstorp Components as the world knowledge and market leader in automotive acoustics

Leveraging his background in Lean manufacturing and management, Greg developed and conducted targeted training on quality assurance, business and process re-engineering, which created significant increases in production output, team knowledge and profitability.

A believer in metrics-driven improvement, Greg broughtsweeping changes in operational practices by instituting and capitalizing on measurable standards of performance, allowing companies to quickly gauge progress against goals thereby effectively achieving them.

He is in the final stages of publishing an E book on the relationship between effective problem solving and profitability.
