Gregory is the Chief Operating Officer of USC Bovard College at the University of Southern California. USC Bovard College offers innovative programs to thousands of individuals during key academic and career transitions.
Prior to USC Bovard College, Gregory was CEO of Executive Learning Innovations, LLC, a consulting practice focused on developing collaborative leadership practices and innovative experiential learning methodologies.
Previously, Gregory was the Vice President of Strategic Operations and Implementation for Kaplan Higher Education Campuses (“KHEC”), a division of Kaplan Inc. formerly owned by the Washington Post Companies. In this role, Gregory oversaw the new campuses, new programs, academic operations, and the strategy, planning and analysis departments. Prior to joining KHEC in 2006, he held a number of different positions at Kaplan University Online and Concord Law School in the areas of finance, systems and academic operations.
Gregory began his professional career as a senior auditor at Arthur Andersen LLP.
Gregory has an MBA from the Harvard Business School and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelors of Science degree.
