This awareness, knowledge and skill comes from her background. Jindra studied Tourist Information Management at the NHTV in Breda and worked in hospitality. During her world travels and living abroad she became aware of the many cultural differences in hospitality and business.
Guests from emerging markets are especially sensitive about understanding and respect. There is a big gap between their approach towards the culture and ways of doing business and that of the Dutch.
In the Netherlands, cultural needs and hospitality expectations are not taken into account despite the large number of international business guests.
