With more than 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, Guy Hochman is the owner of the Brooklyn, New York, area property brokerage MySpace NYC. Guy Hochman established the agency in 2008 amidst a still emerging Brooklyn real estate market and has since grown MySpace NYC to a staff of 125 real estate agents working at five offices throughout New York City’s most populated borough. Under his supervision, the firm provides the largest database of no-fee listings for available apartment rentals and commercial leases all over Brooklyn.

Along with MySpace NYC, Mr. Hochman has co-owned the real estate development company Brooklyn North Capital since 2014. He has overseen several building projects in diverse neighborhoods of Brooklyn and Queens, including 16 apartments in Bushwick, a 180-room hotel in Long Island City, and eight apartments in East Williamsburg. As an independent real estate investor, he owns multiple homes and roughly 100 apartments across Brooklyn and greater Long Island.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Guy Hochman enjoys riding horses, collecting antiques, and swimming. He maintains active engagement in the Brooklyn community and has formed a partnership between MySpace NYC and Crown Heights neighborhood churches to provide hunger relief for local residents in need. Through MySpace NYC, Mr. Hochman helps provide funding for the churches to operate the service, and the company’s employees volunteer to prepare and serve meals.
