Hadi is a bilingual Bahraini lawyer, holding a Degree in Law from the University of Bahrain. Hadi has been in the Legal Profession since 2005 and is licensed at Courts of Cassation and Constitutional Court.

Hadi specializes in providing commercially relevant legal advice and solutions, to help clients enhance their businesses. Hadi heads advisors who are equipped to cater to and advise, both Bahraini and international clients, on legal issues pertaining to Employment, Property, Criminal Law, Family Law, Arbitration, General Commercial and Advisory, Corporate Governance, Insurance, Regulatory Compliance, Mergers, Acquisitions and Liquidation.

Up to November 2015 Hadi held the post of Legal Affairs Manager at the sovereign wealth fund of the Kingdom during which he specialized in providing advice on various Bahraini Laws, including a specific focus on corporate law and corporate governance.

Prior to accepting engagement as a Legal Affairs Manager, Hadi spent years in private practice as a Legal Advisor with leading Law Firms in the Kingdom, where he gained considerable experience in corporate advisory work and litigation.

Through the years, Hadi has held the role of Director on the Board of various companies which has aided and enhanced his expansive expertise and experience in the field of corporate laws and corporate governance, thereby enabling him to provide holistic advice to his clients.

Hadi’s involvement in the University and attendance at various conferences and seminars in the field of corporate and commercial law help him to stay updated with the latest amendments and introductions into the legal field.
