A veteran financial professional who resides in West Orange, New Jersey, Harvey Bell leverages more than three decades of experience to assist clients as a financial advisor and managing director with Morgan Stanley in Short Hills. He also serves the firm as a senior portfolio manager and leader of The Bell Team. Harvey Bell draws upon a wide range of investment products and coordinates financial strategies with his clients’ other advisors, including accountants and attorneys, with the goal of achieving optimal outcomes.

Previously, Harvey Bell graduated with a master of business administration in finance from Texas A&M University. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, he spent many years in a leadership capacity with Merrill Lynch. As a senior resident director with Merrill Lynch, he supervised several offices across New Jersey. He also spearheaded training and leadership programs for advisors at the company’s Princeton training headquarters. In addition, he served as a senior portfolio manager with the firm's Global Wealth Management Group.

Outside of the office, Mr. Bell stays active in the community through organizations such as The Lawfare Project and The American Israel Public Affairs Committee. He is also a member of the United States Chaplain Corps. During his free time, he enjoys following the New York Knicks and listening to the music of Frank Sinatra.
