I am a skilled Telecom and Network Engineer with extensive experience in Computer Networking, IT, and Telecommunication. I have served as a Network Support Specialist and contended with customer queries by using technical expertise, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. With leadership skills, I led and developed a high performing network operation team of 15+ members to provide first, second, and third-level technical support to maintain service level agreement. I have gained experience in network design, implementation, and installation commission of network equipment, configuration, and operation maintenance. My communication, collaboration, and analytical skills helped me in being a successful project manager in my last employment.

With the help of the prestigious, "European Institute of innovation and technology digital masters grant," I have received an MS in Computer Engineering from Sorbonne University - UPMC campus of Paris. This opportunity allowed me to explore innovation in technology and business with the renowned educational institute as well as successful startups. I wrote my master thesis with one of the leading industry leaders in healthcare, Siemens Healthcare Gmbh, Germany. While working as an intern in their headquarter in Erlangen, I gained knowledge and experience in innovative technological solutions, product design, prototype building, and data analytics.

Currently, I am seeking new opportunities where I will be able to foster my skills and experience for driving results, problem-solving, and decision-making.
