Restoring fraternities to their foundational purpose in why they were created and the sacred values that deeply unite, guide, and honor them as men and brothers is what jazzes me.

National fraternity Implementation specialist creating change in recruitment strategies, chapter culture, house corps success, civic service, academics, social involvment and athletics.

I love going into a struggling fraternity house and changing their culture to become a TOP 5 chapter at their respective campus. I welcome problems and I enjoy creating change and recalibrating vision, mission, and living from the purpose and values that established their brotherhood.

Creating a "New Normal" in the fraternity world where the center piece is value and character driven, equipping young men to first learn to lead themselves before they take responsiblity to lead others with a bend toward service, sacrifice, and influence because of a demonstrated life.

Working and serving alumni/house corps teams helping them to understand the dynamics of the Greek system of 2015 and their mission and leadership responsibilities in respect to active chapter.

I have a passion for empowering men life on life, shoulder 2 shoulder in the trenches of life to be the best they can be personally, professionally, and as a husband and father.

I am a live in house director, chapter advisor, member of a house corps team, national leadership team, university Greek Affairs volunteer, national speaker and small group leader. I understand all angles of Greeklife thus bringing wisdom and expereince to every situation.

Having lead numerous service experiences overseas and into the inner cities of the US exposing men to the less fortunate has been a value because of personally living in Zambia and Uganda.
