A seasoned strategic business leader, Heath Eddleblute holds a bachelor of arts in interpersonal and organizational communications from Ohio State University in Columbus. His achievements as both a student and a varsity wrestler earned him a Big Ten Academic All American Scholarship. After graduating from Ohio State in 1994, Heath Eddleblute found employment with Browning Ferris Industries – a multi-state waste management company that subsequently became Allied Waste and, ultimately, Republic Services.

Remaining with the company through these changes, Heath Eddleblute accepted a series of promotions to area president of South Texas, area president of Ohio, and area president of the Gulf Coast/Puerto Rico. He most recently served as president of Republic Services’ Southwest Area. Operating out of company offices in Phoenix, Arizona, he drove the generation of approximately $1.2 billion in annual revenue across 40 locations. Mr. Eddleblute successfully led the strategic implementation of a new Los Angeles franchise with an annual revenue of $85 million.
