I'm Heather O'Connor, a family law attorney located in Westborough, Massachusetts. I founded O'Connor Family Law in July 2016 to help those facing family-law related issues such as custody or divorce.
My practice was built on the principle that, with the correct guidance, a person can come out of a divorce or family-law related dispute in a better position than coming in, both legally and personally. I understand the challenges of divorce, having been divorced for over thirteen years myself with three children, but I believe that divorce is a new start to a new life.
My practice areas include divorce, child support, cohabitation agreements, and marital agreements. Some of my favorite cases surround the issues of parental alienation and protecting clients who have suffered from domestic violence.
