She earned her MBA at Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

Heather Rome is an executive leader with experience at large international organizations including DAI (Development Alternatives Inc.) Within DAI, she contributed to DAI white paper publications, held various management roles, and worked in several countries including as the Director of Operations and Personnel while living as an expatriate in Venezuela, South America. Beyond DAI, Rome has additional years of domestic and international management experience in leadership, organization, finances, strategy, operations, government affairs, and building public-private strategic partnerships
