Heather Shoemaker Wyoming

Heather Shoemaker of Wyoming was born and raised in Midlothian, Texas, a city close to Dallas. After high school, she moved to Laramie where she attended the University of Wyoming. She has remained in Wyoming ever since. Heather Shoemaker of Wyoming majored in Education and received a A.A. degree. She went on to the University of Wyoming College of Law and received her law degree in 2004. She started her own practice within the same year.
