Jon O'Hara

Originally from Edinburgh in Scotland I was a passionate photographer from a fairly young age however events in my life namely a heavy workload in my previous jobs mean't I was not able to pursue my favourite thing in all the world and as a result it fell by the way side for many years.

Two years ago the opportunity arrose to move to the Outer Hebrides and also get back over the border into Scotland having spent a long time in England after my parents moved to England when I was very young. Surrounded by Breathtaking scenery once more Hebphotostory was born and now has over 2600 photo's in the collection. I like to shoot in both the Highlands and the Islands.

I always try to take my shots with my heart (and my camera) and try to capture the emotion as well as the detail of a location.
