Henrik Maxian

A respected presence in the Ringoes, New Jersey community, Henrik P. Maxian owns Pact Construction, Inc., where he manages diverse projects and operations. Focused on engineering and building sewage and water lines, Henrik Maxian has seen major award-winning projects through to completion.

Mr. Maxian’s past experience includes a position as senior project manager with Southland Industries. He served as division head and oversaw successful projects including the Claremont Club and Spa, Ritz at Northstar, and Bay Meadows.

Also the vice president of Sand Castle Winery, Henrik P. Maxian oversees finances, sales, and marketing at the critically lauded hillside family operation above the Delaware River. The Bucks County winery grows world-class grapes originating in the Bordeaux, Burgundy, and Mosel Valley regions, and performs vinification on-site in a 7,000 square foot climate-controlled wine cellar.

An avid skier and golfer, Mr. Maxian is a longtime fan of Philadelphia professional sports teams such as the Phillies and the Eagles.
