Henry Wright is a Christian pastor who has delved into the relationship between unanswered prayer and its relationship to physical & psychological healing for nearly four decades. Before going into ministry, he studied pre-med at Union College in Barbourville, Kentucky, and completed graduate religious studies at Chesapeake College in Wye Mills, Maryland. Henry Wright ultimately graduated from Chesapeake College with a master of Christian ministry and a doctor of Christian therapeutic counseling. He currently serves as pastor of Hope of the Generations Church in Thomaston, Georgia.

He began his journey when he was asked to help a woman with a seriously compromised immune system. Henry Wright prayed about the possible causes of the woman’s illness and with medical understanding and wisdom from the Scriptures, such as, “a merry heart doeth good like a medicine, but a broken spirit drieth the bones,” he ministered to her and the woman quickly returned to health and wholeness.

Excited to help others overcome, Pastor Henry went on to lead hundreds of individuals regain physical healing from numerous types of syndromes and diseases into a journey of Biblical peace through discernment and sanctification. His years of experience has earned him the recognition of ‘the father of spiritual roots of disease’ with research and case studies by simple application of many overlooked principles in Scripture. He is the founder and president of Be in Health since 2005 and continues to actively spearhead specialty conferences and programs related to health and wholeness.
