Hello, I’m HERNANDO (also known as "Nando"). Prior to my admission to practice law in 2003, I first completed my undergraduate studies at Florida International University earning a B.A. in Psychology (summa cum laude) and then attended St. Thomas University School of Law attaining a Doctorate of Jurisprudence. Living in such a culturally diverse society, I also attained a minor in foreign languages and speak fluent Spanish and Portuguese.

I then began my legal career working at a prominent defense law firm, representing various insurance companies, corporations and government entities. Having learned of the disadvantages in the legal system for individuals presenting claims against the more resourceful entities, I discovered a passion in helping them and thus began only representing injured victims for their personal injury claims. I also represent claimants who have insurance disputes against their insurance companies.

I devote 100% of my practice to civil litigation, focusing on personal injury claims such as vehicular negligence, wrongful death, nursing home abuse, product liability, and workers’ compensation.
