I’ve run mega-projects for multinational elevator companies for a long as I care to remember.

Running a major project whatever the scale needs many hats but need a general attitude, I have changed throughout my career from enforcer who comes in with a know it righteous attitude to a human who understands others weaknesses and greatness, from a firm believer in laws and regulations to a believer in the good of people and that they and not anything else is the foundation of any achievement on mother earth.

A manger needs to wear different hats, he needs to be a leader a facilitator a coach a motivational speaker a presenter, a negotiator a recruiter, a sales man a contract controller among many others, but one of the roles I enjoyed most is building effective teams through building the person

After twenty years of serving the elevator industry worldwide up to the extent of managing the largest elevator project of the century in the role of project director, I have decided to return to my homeland and pursue my dreams of entrepreneurship and helping out the community I go by a saying, a workplace full of laughter can never go wrong

I am an avid reader and believe that reading is an exit for the soul from ignorance

I am happily married; I have two wonderful kids Omar and Farah.

Basically nothing because I believe no one can do it for you unless you decide to do it yourself, may it be presenting, way of life the view of the world, or finding peace of mind and acceptance and striving for success, you have to first decide to go the extra mile and to let me show you the way, only then can I be of help

Better Me (TM) is the initiative through which I provide self development & parenting lectures, leadership, and motivational lectures. I also participate in local youth development programs. I also run Meditation classes in Rehab City - Cairo.
