Janey Thornton

I'm forty-one years old and currently working on getting my Masters degree in Psychology. My plan is to work at the VA Hospital where I can help veterans of war with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. I am single without children. I am adopted and I have just recently (the past 4 years) been communicating with biological family. That has been very interesting. I am an Avon Independent Sales Representative for the past 5 1/2 years and looking to expand my business through leadership. I orginally come from Dallas,, Texas and miss my hometown very much. I help my parents out (and they help me) as they are 80 and 82 years old this year. I have three nephews from my adopted side of the family and a neice and nephew from my biological side. My biological siblings are full-blooded, in that my biological parents reconciled after my adoption placement. I love reading, cooking, cake decorating, walking, Karaoke and learning. Sometimes I think I will be a career student but I hope that is not the case. I want to learn partner dancing in most areas of dance (ballroom, latino, country/western). I have tremendously loyal friends and family and we love each other fiercely, I have a witty and sarcastic sense of humor and love discussing all sorts of things people "shouldn't" discuss. That's about it I suppose.
