Tamekia D. Young is a Philadelphia native with over 25 years experience in the behavioral health field. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Women's Studies from West Chester University and her Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Temple University. In addition to her academic credentials, Tamekia is a National Certified Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor. Tamekia is the Executive Director of Imani Counseling, Education, and Supervision (ICES), LLC, where she provides individual therapy, family therapy, clinical supervision, and staff development. Tamekia established Infinite Life Growth, LLC in 2020. Infinite Life Growth’s mission is to create and support platforms that decrease the stigma of mental health conditions. Her goal is to increase mental health awareness through coaching and consultation. Tamekia is a proponent for the revolution of racial justice and a LGBTQ+ Ally.
