I strive to align my professional brand striving to produce excellence are important to my professional goals.

My strengths lie within creating data driven business and marketing strategies that support business and department or brand KPIs. My experience spans across 0ver 8 years of working in corporate as a Marketing professional various industries such as financial services, startups, advertising agencies – client service and account management, digital marketing specialist, and customer insight and services.

My career highlights include working for Liquorice as the client service for SA and Africa for Blue bands brand, Gorilla creative media agency as the content & community manager for two of South Africa’s global brand – LUX and Pond’s, Creatively – digital marketing consultant, Ogilvy in Cape Town as the AM for the most innovative brand Castle Lite, and my current role as the head of customer and loyalty program department I am passionate about building and working with businesses with a customer centric culture. I have experience of using data to make Marketing related decision because we live in a world where big data has provides insights to effectively serve customer and account for return on investment. Customer insights gives an understanding of customer, markets and business ability to grow – understand the “WHY?” to better scope their needs and opportunities.

I am currently head of the customer service and as a leader I believe and seek to surround myself with proactive and self-sufficient minds and manage using the leadership coaching approach.
